1Introduction

Welcome to pphsky. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and pphsky ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform") governing your use of all products and services available at pphsky.best.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on pphsky, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pphsky.

pphsky is operated under applicable Philippine law and gaming regulations. These Terms are written to be clear and accessible to Filipino players. We don't use unnecessary legal jargon. If something is unclear, please contact our support team before you register or deposit.

2Eligibility

To register and use pphsky, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.

pphsky reserves the right to request age verification documents from any member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one pphsky account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same details, different details, or shared devices — is a serious breach of these Terms. If pphsky detects multiple accounts linked to the same person, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your pphsky account, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

Your pphsky username and password are your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pphsky will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pphsky support immediately at support@pphsky.best and change your password from a secure device.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pphsky may request identity verification documents at any stage of your membership. Standard KYC documents accepted include a Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, SSS card, UMID, driver's licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a selfie with the ID. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pphsky accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions on pphsky are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit on pphsky is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and member verification level. Verified members with completed KYC may access higher deposit limits. Specific limits are displayed during the deposit process in your pphsky account.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay credit to your pphsky account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically credit within 15 minutes, though some may take up to 30 minutes depending on the sending bank. PESONet transfers follow the standard clearing schedule. pphsky does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own fees.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods that do not bear your name, or depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. pphsky reserves the right to conduct additional checks on the source of deposited funds.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Processing Times

pphsky processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay are processed within 30 minutes on pphsky's end; actual crediting depends on the receiving bank. pphsky does not charge fees on standard withdrawals.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount on pphsky is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

pphsky may require full KYC completion before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or for withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds. This is a regulatory requirement and is applied consistently across all members. Providing timely, accurate verification documents is the fastest way to ensure your withdrawal is processed without delay.

5.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. pphsky reserves the right to return funds to the original funding source as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.

5.5 Pending Bonus Wagering

If you have an active bonus on your pphsky account with incomplete wagering requirements, a withdrawal request may be subject to the bonus being forfeited before the withdrawal is processed. The specific rules for each bonus type are detailed in Section 6 and in the individual promotion terms.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

pphsky offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion in addition to these general Terms. Bonus terms are published in full on the relevant promotion page before you opt in.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on pphsky are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum amount you must bet before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount). Different game categories contribute differently: sports bets typically contribute 100%, while certain casino games may contribute a lower percentage. These contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, pphsky promotions are limited to one claim per member, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through account manipulation is a violation of these Terms.

6.4 pphsky's Discretion

pphsky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have opted in and begun wagering, any wagering already completed will be credited appropriately. 7Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on pphsky are subject to acceptance at pphsky's discretion. pphsky reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, technical errors, odds errors, or suspected abuse. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification with a bet reference number in your pphsky account.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. pphsky may apply individual bet limits to specific accounts based on betting patterns or risk management requirements.

7.3 Obvious Errors

pphsky strives to maintain accurate odds at all times. However, if odds are published due to a manifest error (a clearly incorrect price that no reasonable person would expect), pphsky reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies even if the bet has already been settled. pphsky will notify affected members and process stake refunds promptly.

7.4 Event Postponement and Abandonment

If a sports event is postponed before it begins, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If an event is abandoned after it has started, bets are settled based on the official result at the time of abandonment, provided the required game time has been completed. 7.5 Live In-Play Betting

Live betting odds update continuously during events. There may be brief periods where in-play betting is unavailable due to technical issues or incident reviews. pphsky is not liable for bets that could not be placed during these periods. All in-play bets are subject to a delay period before acceptance, during which the odds may change.

8Casino Game Rules

All casino games on pphsky — including live baccarat, poker, card games, and fishing games — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game interface. General casino terms include:

• Games use independently certified random number generation (RNG) or real live dealer cards and equipment.
• In the event of a game disconnection, bets in progress are settled based on the game outcome at the time of disconnection, using the most recent complete game state recorded by pphsky's servers.
• Malfunctions void all pays and play. If a technical fault affects the integrity of a game outcome, pphsky reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface before you place any wager.
• Unused game credits are not redeemable for cash — only funds that have been credited to your main pphsky balance are withdrawable.

For live dealer baccarat, the squeeze ritual, card reveal sequence, and table etiquette are governed by the specific table's rules as communicated by the live dealer and displayed on-screen during the session.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pphsky and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering — depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse — opening multiple accounts, coordinating with other accounts, or using technical means to exploit promotional terms.
• Match fixing and insider betting — placing bets on events where you have non-public information that could affect the outcome, or participating in fixing the outcome of any event.
• Arbitrage and guaranteed profit strategies — systematically exploiting pricing differences across markets for risk-free profit on pphsky promotions.
• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any form of advantage over manual players.
• Collusion in poker or other player-vs-player games — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks — initiating fraudulent payment reversals after funds have been used for betting or withdrawn. pphsky pursues recovery of amounts subject to fraudulent chargebacks.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access, use, or bet on your pphsky account.

10Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by pphsky

pphsky reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account with or without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has taken place, that the member's account poses a regulatory risk, or that continued operation of the account would be against the interests of other members or the integrity of pphsky's platform.

10.2 Funds on Suspension

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance is frozen but not automatically forfeited. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, pphsky may apply the relevant consequences including partial or full forfeiture of the balance. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored.

10.3 Self-Closure by Member

You may close your pphsky account at any time by contacting support@pphsky.best. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements are met and no pending investigations are active.

10.4 Self-Exclusion

pphsky offers self-exclusion tools that allow members to voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for a specified period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During a self-exclusion period, pphsky will take reasonable steps to block access to your account and to exclude you from receiving promotional communications. 11Responsible Gaming

These tools are accessible from your pphsky account settings at any time. Reductions in limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period. 13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pphsky's liability to any member shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that member's pphsky account at the time the cause of action arose.

pphsky is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
• Delays, failures, or errors in third-party payment systems (GCash, Maya, banks) that are outside pphsky's direct control.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or circumstances beyond pphsky's reasonable control including force majeure events.
• Any decision to bet or wager made by the member — all betting and gaming decisions are made voluntarily by the member at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits pphsky's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

14Changes to These Terms

pphsky reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify members via email and a prominent notice on the pphsky platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of pphsky after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using pphsky and may request account closure as described in Section 10.3. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
